The USPS lookup says 99999 is an invalid ZIP code.
You should probably post questions like this to alt.snail-mail if you
receive it. Also, check out http://www.usps.gov for postal information.

There is a very simple solution. Go to your local post office and look it
up in the Zip Code book they have there. The back of the second volume
includes a list of ZIPs; 999 is the SCF at Ketchican, AK. 99929 is for
Wrangell Island. Any good atlas will show you where that is, too.
(Is this the other half of the question of a month or so ago about another
non-existent ZIP: 00001?)
