While VOL. 4 is listed on the AAMS home page -

as being sold out, if you are interested in Canada and Newfoundland, the AAMS
has just published the first volume of it's new catalogs which contains Canada
and Newfoundland and is available.

O/W, you might try several of the literature dealers who have home pages(James
Lee, Phil Bansner, Hartman) and see if they have a copy of VOL4.

most of vol 4, 5th edition is Canada
this is replaced by the new 6th edition, 1st volume, in stock $37.50 pp to a
US address

looking, for example, for Catapultfights you can also find sources about it
in the following books:
11a - Katalog uber die Katapultpost, Sudatlantik, by Erich Haberer
11b - Katalog uber die Katapultpost, Northatlantic, by Erich Haberer
11c - Catalogue des Liaisons transatlantiques par Hydravions catapultés,
Jacques du Four, Bruxelles, Editions de la Revue Postale, 1963, in french.
12 - It is reedited, one of the most important airmail catalogues all over
the world - Catalogue des Aerogrammes du Monde Entier, par Franck Muller, in
french, (by aerogramme the author consider not the sheet but the own flight
with mail). In a recent past this valuable source was available at least in
Bertrand Sinais, France and also in Theo Van Dam, USA.
