I could be wrong, but I think the Minkus numbers are the same as Lynn's -
and I don't know if there is a Lynn's-to-Scott's conversion.
In any event, I have a Minkus album, and I just ignore their numbers.

I also have a Minkus All-American album. I am having trouble keeping the
stamps organized. A cross reference would be a great help to me also.

No, Scott and Lynn's are almost synonymous, as they are both owned by Amos
Publishing Co.
There are no separate Lynn's numbers. They use Scott numbers mostly,
though they give a price list sometimes that shows both Minkus and Scott
numbers.
Minkus has published a nice loose-leaf catalog that uses their numbers.
There is a place to find a cross-reference between Minkus and Scott
numbers, but I don't remember where you can find it.
I doubt that there is any "legal" full concordance between the two
cataloging systems, though there may be a number of such things for one
country or another that individuals may have prepared for their own (and
their friends') use.
About the closest you may come is the listing in Linn's (please note the
spelling, Tony) Stamp News' "Trends" section in each issue. They do
include the Minkus number along with the Scott number for a few of the
countries they list.
If anyone knows of a worldwide (or at least U.S., GB and Commonwealth
countries, plus France and former colonies and Germany and former
colonies) concordance between Scott and ANY other major catalog, I would
like to hear about it - and the source to contact for more information.
This would be of great use to collectors, worldwide.

Linn's lists the Scott numbers and the USPS # from the Stamps Etc. catalog for
ordering directly from KC.
I do believe that the semi-annual US Trends list has both Scott and Minkus numbers.

Same here. Minkus was the only supplier in the US I could find that makes a
Peru album. I just ignore the Minkus number and use my catalog to match up
sets using the perf, year, and picture. It works quite well.
If I can get Minkus to send me their numbers, I will add them to my monthly list.

I have a cross reference, US only.
It is about a year out of date. I don't have it with me at the moment,
but I'll dig it out tonight and see if it says how to get it - it is
published by someone and was given to me by a dealer.

Minkus (published by Novus Debut, Inc) has a free Cross-Reference list.
It is published as a favor to dealers who sell their Minkus Specialized
American Catalog. You should be able to get a copy from your dealer.

Does this mean that the price per volume is coming down?
Oh, I get it ... the price goes up, each volume gets slightly slimmer,
and everyone makes more profit from those who buy them.
Gee, and I was going to complain about dealers who still use 1988
volumes. I saw one today at the MEGA-MONEY stamp show. Now I know why -
less outlay and they can still charge higher prices! Smart capitalists
these stamp people!

The address and phone number are okay as of the current issue or the ATA
