It's a Cabbage Patch Kids Holiday Baby - Special Edition "Taylor Kelly, birthday December 20"; made by Mattel, Never Removed from Box. From what I can gather on the internet, this was manufactured in 1997. There is very minimal wear on the box, mostly on the corners where some of the ink has rubbed off, and some scratching on the clear plastic on the front of the box.
