US Mint Degrades Shipping Yet Again

Just when I thought the Mint's shipping service couldn't get any
worse, they've managed to do it. Not only are they using UPS, the
worst of the national shipping companies, but they are now preventing
UPS from holding a package at their facility for pickup unless they
have attempted to deliver it 3 times! So now, instead of calling UPS
and having it held and picking it up the next day, I get to wait 3
days and then go pick it up. I'm sure glad they're using Next Day
Air! Nice service, US Mint! :-> If I were UPS, I'd charge extra for
the wasted delivery trips.
