Was that specifically mentioned in the auction? If it was and you saw it,
did you check with the seller before bidding? I, too, thought that eBay
sellers had to accept PayPal, regardless of whatever other types of payment
they accepted. Only accepting Propay would seem counterproductive as far as
attracting bidders.
