I was shown a 1993 $1 FRN that was around 10% smaller than a normal note.
Nothing was cut off and it was well centered. And it was a star note. My
instinct says it was fake, very heavily worn like it went thru a washing
machine to give it a well-circulated look. so it was hard to detect any
fibers. searched for any similar type error notes without success.

I have a FRN that is about 25% of original. It is real, but was
processed to be a novelty. They are easy to shrink, not an error note
that left the printer that way.
