This is ridiculous! Any shipment of this magnitude needs proper
documentation and proof of receipt. The documentation should include
detailed photos of each coin as well as details such as slab numbers if
certified.
If you can prove that they received your shipment, then I would go there
in person with the docs and along with an insurance rep (and possibly a
policeman) and reclaim your property.

Done business with Marc Watts for many years and they are 100% reliable. I
think the OP has an axe to grind, or is trying to smear a competitor.

registration, insurance, or tracking documents? Then they tell you they
received it but it must have gotten mixed in with their inventory and they
have no idea what to do about it? They have no record of having received
it? And you have no records confirming that you sent it and that they
received it? Did you contact them first before shipping the coins? Hard to
imagine such a scenario that leaves you "out" $25,000.

If the OP is to be believed, a dealer mixing the coins in with his stock
strains all credulity with its tremendously incompetent bungling.
To my way of thinking, it is outright theft and/or fraud but I'm not a
lawyer.
If it was me, I'd have my lawyer on this IMMEDIATELY. I'd probably call the
police, the State AG and the BBB
