I don't know company but...
If the OP is to be believed, a dealer mixing the coins in with his stock
strains all credulity with its tremendously incompetent bungling.
To my way of thinking, it is outright theft and/or fraud but I'm not a
lawyer.
If it was me, I'd have my lawyer on this IMMEDIATELY. I'd probably call the
police, the State AG and the BBB
