Dear friends,
I should have expected this. I was not the only one broke
after yesterday. It seems like more than half of the regular dealers
did not show up today. Oh well. That seems to be a regular thing,
after a big show. There was one dealer there, from CA, Doug Bird. He
stayed over from the other show, because his plane does not leave until
tonight. That was a good idea. He might have done a little business
at this show.

I could not buy the 1914/3 Buffalo nickel that I saw. It was just
as well. There are other coins that I need more urgently than that
one.

No, I did not see any exciting coppers. I am always keeping my eyes
open. This is how you should be, when you go to a coin show. Another
reason for the light turnout, may have been this afternoon's Flyers'
game. I guess some of these guys are hockey nuts, too.

The big highlight, was meeting Ian Garvey, the VP of Coinmasters.
He is the 4th Coinmaster that I have met, since the club's inception,
on January 3rd. I think I spent about 1/2 hour with him. He is
bright, and has the potential to be one of the great numismatists, of
the 21st century!

Have a great day, and keep collecting!
