eBay's "Buyer Protection" policy negates any "No Return" policy you may state in
the auction.
Best to get the coins back and give a refund than to get bad feedback and low
DSRs - eBay will force your hand anyway.

OP would seem to be SOL. Nothing you can do but block the bidder in
the future and tell people the handle of who needs to be avoided.

AT this price level and with the number of specimens involved, I
rather doubt that you are talking about silver coins. More likely
tokens or elongateds. It's possible that the buyer sorted through the
lot, replaced items he wanted with his own duplicates, and will
ultimately send back something different than was sent out.
