I had hoped to get one from a book dealer who always had them at a show I
attend in the fall, but I got there and found out he had gone out of
business. I know that kylevick has (had) them, but procrastination got the
better of me. At this point I'll be content to pick up a 2010 when they
come out.

Nope, two different guys. The dealer who went out of business was from
somewhere in the Midwest IIRC. Kyle still lists on eBay out of GA, last
time I checked.

Kyle for many years and got confused.
