One has to wonder what egregious behavior got Fwankie suspended.
eBay doesn't suspend sellers without a very good reason.
First they stripped Fwankie of his Power Seller status and now,
according to Provasicko, he has been suspended.
What did he do and what is he trying to hide?
Inquiring minds want to know!
I personally think you did it on purpose and are trying to screw
frankie. If I was Frankie I would hire a lawyer and get your as for
trying to ruin his lively hood. Your nothing but scum who get his
jollys on seeing other people suffer or belittling them.
You and Olson have gone too far this time. Expect legal action, both
of you.
On what grounds, Provasicko?
Taking delight in your misfortune?
Schadenfreude is hardly actionable, you pimple.
BTW: I predicted this several days ago:

Frankly, I would welcome the opportunity to have Frank deposed under
oath... on his numismatic credentials, his professional credentials.
affiliations and employment history, his educational credentials, on
the volume and dollar amount of his business, on the dollar amount and
volume of business income actually reported on his income tax returns,
on the percentage of his numismatic earnings compared to any other
sources of income... the list could be very long. Frank will have to
answer a lot of these questions simply to establish that he has a
valid, viable, income-producing business in the first place. I
suppose that he will also have to show that any recent downturn is the
result of RCC exchanges/posts and not simply related to the present
snowballing economic downturn.
An of course, there is ebay. Not only will we get to know why ebay
suspended him and why he lost his power seller status (and perhaps we
could even ask him to produce that silver dollar that he says he
didn't clean), but we will get to see how qualified and squeaky clean
he really is.
And feel free to have me deposed too, Frank. My numismatic,
professional, employment and educational credentials are exemplary.
90% of my assets are in retirement accounts and I no longer own a
house.

A perfect description of the RWF troll and his turbulent psychic world!
In plonk he belongs.
Wonder what about the $3000 to $4000 in lost sales, my tarnished
reputation, or my wasted week sitting on my ass not doing any eBay
work until they tell me what I did wrong?

Dear Frank,
Thank you for writing in regard to the removal of your listing(s) and
the
selling restriction your account received.
Upon further review, we have determined that your item(s) was ended
in
error and I have removed the violation from your account.
Your listing(s) has been moved to the "Unsold" section of your My
eBay.
You can choose to edit the listing(s) and relist without having to
start
from scratch (or to delete it entirely from the Unsold section). If
you
decide to edit and relist please be sure that the listing(s) is in
compliance with policy and check any other live listings for similar
violations as well.
I understand your frustration regarding this matter Frank and
apologize
for the inconvenience it caused you.
Sincerely,
Heidi

You just can never tell who you can trust and who might actually do
something on this site now days. I'm glad things worked out for the
better, good luck!
Fwankie, you never sold $3000 worth of coins in a week in your life.
And as for your "tarnished reputation" (such as it is), nobody would
have known you were suspended if you hadn't come here and trumpeted that
fact to the Usenet-reading world, you big ninny!
As usual, you have only yourself to blame!
If his current listings are the ones that were cancelled, it's well
over $3000
Perhaps a class action against you would be more appropriate
Another of Fwankie Provasicko's sock puppets heard from.

Just too much of a coincidence to believe....
He must have filled in the rim bump.
You have too much time on your hands.
Come help me put up Christmas lights.
mk
Yes, because the idea that a dealer might have a whole two copies of
the '21 Peace dollar is so far-fetched as to be totally beyond
belief...
They're different coins. Steven Hakwing you aint'.
Scott
>He must have filled in the rim bump.
Oh no! Why do you put ideas like this in his head! (although it's obvious
there is plenty of room in there). I'm sure he'll have that all worked into
his conspiracy theory soon :)
Besides, there's no place for facts or logic in his odd little world! Bah!!

I quit at counting 100 posts where RWF was complaining about Frank
Provasek's powerseller
status. I see that Frank's powerseller status is back. Not one
comment from RWF. Just
proves the trolls are still alive and well in this newsgroup. I just
wish Google had the ability to
killfile users.

If Frank sues this RWF guy I hope he will also include banning him
from using the internet as a condition of his plea. This guy is
pathetic
I see several posts from RWF urging everyone to report Frank's
auctions and even for his trying to stop fraud. That is interfereing
with a man's livelihood and is a crime.
