I recently sold two MS 64 1904-O PCGS and got $53 and $61 for them.
PCGS price list is $115 each so I got almost exactly half the list
price for the pair.
These are good real world prices in my opinion.
Concerning PCGS price guide prices, for common date coins figure about
half
the value as a decent starting point.

You sold them WAY too cheep. Greysheet bid for pre-21 MS64's
was $89 last week IIRC, and several of the major wholesalers
were paying between $80 and $88 each for NGC/PCGS slabbed 64s.
David McHenry (Arizona Coin and Jewelry), for example, is
paying $84 per his website.

IMO, the PCGS prices guide prices are closer to reality than
that, but still wildly inconsistent. Some items I'd be reluctant
to buy at fordyperzent of the quoted prices, while other items
I'd jump on at eightyperzent of the quote.
