FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

April 2, 2009

First National Conference on Barack Obama's missing original birth
certificate and college records will be held in Washington, DC April 3-4.

(Washington, DC) The first National Conference on Barack Obama's missing
birth certificate and college records will be held in Washington, DC April
3rd and 4th. Conference Executive Director Andy Martin has reserved space at
the Capital Hilton, 1001 16th Street NW, but final space arrangements will
depend on attendance. The conference will be taped professionally for later
posting on the Internet.

"The American people are entitled to a serious discussion on the total
absence of Obama's fundamental historical records, and that's what we intend
to deliver," says Martin. "Can anyone honestly say that the original
typewritten birth certificate of a U. S. president should not be public?
Likewise, his high school and college records? Missing? I don't believe
these absences are defensible. Obama owes us full disclosure."

MEDIA CONTACT: Andy Martin [CELL] (917) 664-9329.

-------------------------------

Conference updates:

1. Advance work begins Thursday

An advance party in Washington, DC will begin preparing for the National
Conference on Thursday, April 2nd.

2. Andy Martin's pre-conference observations

I am excited by this conference. Preparation has been a learning experience.
We have received some very intelligent thoughts and links, as well as the
usual tripe that Obama is a space alien, etc. Anti-Obama diehards don't seem
to realize they help BHO when they engage in reckless exaggeration. I am
committed to digging for facts and truth, not smearing Mr. Obama. I look for
a serious discussion of the issues, not frivolity and exaggeration.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/04/01/

major-conservative-site-d_n_181823.html

The conference will be taped professionally by a designated videographer,
later edited, and placed on the Internet. The seriousness of our discussion
will keep the questions of the birth certificate and college records
burning. Many people outside the Washington, DC area who can't attend have
expressed support and are looking forward to the Internet version.

Remember, this is not a bash "Bailout Barack" free-for-all. We are sticking
to the birth certificate (and related issues) and school records.

3. We still need money; please send

We have no idea how many people will be attending. The nominal $10
registration fee will not cover the costs of increasing our space in a major
hotel three blocks from the White House.

If you would like to make an online contribution to help defray the costs of
the Conference please donate at:

http://CommitteeofOneMilliontoDefeatBarackObama.com.

You can also send a check to me at the Conference registration address in
New York (see above).

In either case, just mark your check "conference expenses" or send us a
separate e-mail if you make an online donation, and we will only use your
donation to defray the costs of the Conference. If attendance exceeds
expectations, we will need a quick thousand dollars to move to a larger
room.

Please help if you can.

4. Third reminder on local contact number, etc.

As soon as we have occupied our space at the Capital Hilton, we will issue
an e-mail and twitter.com update. My cell-phone will be your phone contact.
Usually I do not have my cell phone on all the time, but it will be on
constantly starting April 2nd.

5. The "Big Surprise"

We have had more e-mails with people expressing their opinions on what the
"Big Surprise" will be on April 4th. When we announce the "Big Surprise"
there will be a media explosion. You are welcome to submit your guess. We
will try to recognize the winner, if there is one.

The "big surprise" is that there are still people, even among the
DUMBEST wingnuts, who give this tactic any credulity.

First, I would modify your statement by saying "There is no danger to
America of having an illegally elected president in the White House." Next
I would say that a nuclear or biological salvo could eliminate most of
America's population, regardless of who is in the White House or how she got
there.

Pants on fire.............

One day late. And another day later on usenet. You have to plan these
things further in advance so you are ready to go right away on the 1st.
The joke just isn't as funny on April 2. And pretty much a complete
dud on April 3. Oh, and you might want to punch it up a bit -- the
deadpan presentation almost looks more like a pathetic attempt to scam
people out of $10 than an honest to goodness April fool joke.

Better luck next year.

Well, yeah. I'm no fan of his at all, but was there something that was
eventually determined to be illegal about his election? Do you really
believe that there is a danger of a US president being elected and serving
illegally, and if so, that such a thing would be the greatest danger America
could face? I know what you're referring to, but being the pragmatist that
I am.......

Now the Surpreme Court has ruled that homosexual marriage is to be allowed.
Sodomy tears at the fabric of society, and homosexual marriage is clear in
violation of God's plan for marriage to be between one man and one woman.
From the secular viewpoint this is the slippery slope to multiple partner
marriage and marriage between man/dog and even man/boy (See nambla)
But these concerns are minimal compared to the rath of God that our country
will face for allowing this practice becaiuse even in Sodom and Gommorah
such an heinous abomination was never practiced. Obama must be removed from
office!

You're an idiot. Same-sex marriage would be one of consent. Marriage
to a dog or a boy isn't possible, because consent can't be granted. You
don't do your side any favors when you concoct arguments of such
stunning stupidity.

As for multiple-partner marriages, well, that should be up to the
individual, if it's all above board. "Consenting adults" should be able
to participate if they choose, and in fact, Mormons practice polygamy
based on THEIR religion. See the slippery slope you're on, using
religion to justify or define limits to freedom?

I am in Iowa and believe you me...When Franklin, Jefferson et all wrote the
Constitution, nothing in history indicates that there intentions were to
bestoy
rights to homosexual/lesbian unions blessed by any secular jurisdiction as
part
of our Constitutional rights. Nor did anyone believe in it for the Bill of
Rights.
Legitamizing such Unions is inappropriate legally and the social
restructuring of
our society by liberal Justices is another example of the compromising of
our
historical values and rights.

You're not in Iowa, you drooling half-wit, you're in denial.

God made homosexuals just like He made you. What part of his creation
do you not understand? Would you rather they not enter committed
relationships instead of doing something else?

It is idiocy to say this threatens your marriage. Divorce is the only
thing that threatens your marriage. If you want to defend marriage --
"make it sacred"--then turn the clock back to the 19th century and
outlaw divorce. It's as simple (and as logical) as that.

They also didn't believe blacks and women should have the right to vote.
You can't look to the Founding Fathers for guidance in everything.
They were men of their times.

Actually it goes far beyond that. Their original prerequisite for
voting was:

You had to be White Male.
You had to be a Protestant. (Being a Catholic was an automatic
disqualification)
You had to be Land Owner.
You had to be free of any debt.

And that's it. Notice citizenship was not a requirement.

Given an era when women didnt have birth control and were busy raising
lotsa kids, and everyone else was uneducated, reasonable. Bear in mind,
at the time, all Catholic cultures had tyrannic governments, and the
Founding Farmers were all acutely aware of popes dabbling in politics.

They also read where Gibbon pointed out how the Roman republic was
supported by the sons of landowners in the legions who felt they had an
investment in their civil and property rights to protect.... and how,
after Crassus' manipulation of the grain market bankrupted the farmers,
the legions came to be manned by men whose only interest was in their
military careers.

Without a perceived investment to protect, the masses become interested
only in what we now call 'entitlements'. The US government promoted home
ownership to create that sense of investment, but that has always been a
sham since the home was not an income generating asset like a farm.

And we see today how debt destabilizes the system.
