I am thinking of upgrading my NGC membership from free to premium.
Essentially I am paying US $109 for 5 Early Bird certifications. I would
want to submit a (1) 2011 RP SAE; (1) 2006 RP SAE , (2) 2011-S SAE, and a
1930 SLQ which I believe is a MS-64 if not MS-65.
I will be happy if the (4) SAEs grade at PR/MS-69. To my naked eye and a low
power magnifier there are no blemishes. I am wondering what modern SAE are
grading at? I would think at a minimum the proofs and UNC should grade at a
MS-68. I do not have to census figures to go by.
BTW, I do not care about the labels. It is ridiculous to have 1st day
of issue status for a limited edition set of 100K. I just want to get my
1916 SLQ in VG/F condition. Hopefully the 25th anniversary set will let me
afford it.
