Woudn't it have been easier to simply state that neither is currently
on the Mint's product availabiity list for 2009? That would have
answered the OP's question.
You could have then added a link to the Mint's web page in case anyone
wanted to check for themselves.

Oh dear... I actually agree with Phil. I already knew it wasn't on
the list as I check almost every day and could only think "WTF, why?"

In years past I have seen them typically come out in March. Last year
was different as they began to sell them in the first week of January.
If they are not announced by the end of March then I will really start
to wonder what is going on.
