US Mint survey

Just curious if any else received a letter claiming to be from the Dept of
The treasury US mint asking you to take a survey. when you get to the web
site it is from the National Analysts Worldwide and after you put in the
supplied ID and Password in then asks you to reenter the password and hit
enter. I stoped at that point because it just did not seem right.
Anyone ever have any dealings with them before. Thanks

I've had letters like this before. It seems legit; no personal info is
asked, at any rate. I forget if the actual survey firm doing mine
(several years ago) was the one below.
