If it's from the first state of Delaware and has serial number 62101, it's a
worthless reproduction. If not, we need to know more about it; colors, size,
back details (if any).

Also there is a problem with the printer I think, I was always
believed that Charles Jewson was chief cashier from 1775 -1777, but
saying that, I could have misinterpreted, the "printed by James Adams"
to mean chief cashier instead of the printer I.E Thomas de la Rue
So I would edge towards a note issued by a regional bank
As for value, alas I can not help
