New York Mirror Cards

Has anyone here ever heard of a set of cards put out by the
New York Mirror? They consist of characters from the Sunday
Funnies. There were at least three "series" consisting of
maybe seven cards per.

I have found a box of them and wonder if they have any value
to collectors.
