Commentary:
A book is a terrible thing to waste!
The more people that read them the better,
so don't let them rot on the shelf!
If you're moving, why bother transporting a bunch of bulky books,
you've probably already read, or (let's face it) you are never going to read?
Books take up space, and space is money, so ...
Donate them to your local public library! Don't let the termites eat them!
Circulate those puppies!
Then go to the next book sale and buy some more! Woo woo!
===============================================================================
Used Booksale Event Etiquette:
No pushing, shoving, kicking, clawing, biting
or fighting over books allowed.
===============================================================================
If you have any ideas on how to make this list better, drop me a note.
I'm still trying to decide which day would be best to post this
(currently is is posted once a month or so and weekly during busy months),
and exactly which newsgroups (for now it's posted to
rec.arts.books, rec.arts.books.marketplace and ba.general).
===============================================================================
(*) currently "Bay Area" is defined as anywhere in the San Francisco bay area
that recieves "ba.*" distribution postings, i.e.: ba.general, ba.market.*
etc. Possibly this can be as far north as Davis, as far south as Monterey,
and as far east as Livermoore.
