Can anyone tell me what size the regular wild country syncro harness is
(in inches or centimeters)? I've got a 32" waist so I guess I need a
regular - anyone help?

I would go down the nearest shop and try one on! FYI I use a Camp Sherpa and
am a 32" waist but need a small for normal climbing and a medium for
anything with more clothes on.

Regular Waist: 28" (70cm) - 43" (110cm)
S Waist: 23" (58cm) - 30" (76cm)
