Police: Edgewater man stabbed self to avoid work

Police: Edgewater man stabbed self to avoid work

EDGEWATER, Colo. - Some might call in sick. Others might claim their car
broke down. But a Denver man is facing charges for allegedly

**stabbing himself because he didn't want to go to work.**

Officers were called to the scene Monday night after 27-year-old Aaron
Siebers showed up to work at a Sheridan Blockbuster video store with a
stab wound to his leg and cuts on his face and stomach. He told
investigators that three men dressed in black tried to rob him, then
attacked him.

"We had 5 police departments and a sheriff's office out there with K-9
units, officers searching alleys, rooftops, going neighborhood by
neighborhood looking for assault suspects," said Steve Davis the
Edgewater Public Information Officer.

But Davis says Sieber's story quickly fell apart.

Officers say they couldn't find any evidence of an attack, and when they
checked surveillance tape they didn't see an attack.

When confronted with that information Siebers allegedly admitted that he
stabbed himself because he didn't want to go to work.

"He told investigators that earlier in the day he was on his skateboard
and was wearing his company uniform and he fell down and ripped his
pants, and was afraid that if he did go into work that he would be
reprimanded for that," Davis said.

Siebers was charged in municipal court and fined for obstructing an
officer and false reporting. He declined to comment to Fox 31 News.

It's not a boating group. It's a misnamed bullshit group.
The only member that wants to talk about boats isn't a boater, he just likes
boats.

Oh? I'm still working and making bucks, and you aren't. And I have
health insurance, and you don't. And I live in a neighborhood where you
don't have to store a motorbike in the kitchen. You do.

Krausie doesn't understand success, at least from my point of view.. My
kids love hanging out with me, and The Mouse thanks me almost every day
for "the best summer of my life", "so much better than all of my
friends". And I live in a very rich town, these kids summer at camps,
islands, and around the world. My wife is happy as a pig in shit at the
way our lives are going, even if we do eat a lot of spaghetti. The last
few years have been great taking care of my dad and family, Krausi and
his brethren don't understand the concept of sacrifice for others. There
is nothing better... Money? Great exaggerated stories? Nope, don't cut
it, I am having a blast and I have the pictures to prove it...

Member? There are participants, and many should be boaters or they are
in the wrong place.

Well said. It's easy to lie. Being a real man, and father, is entirely
different and much harder.

Bonnie - got it. I had to think about that for a minute.

If that is all true it does make sense why he would attack others. He
has to make his failure(s) seem inconsequential.

Let's see. According to Harry, if someone goes camping with their
daughter, it's surely for sexual purposes. One would wonder then, what
he'd think of Don and his son living with him, drinking his beer,
Daddy paying his car note and insurance, etc......

You know nothing about me, Don (Bonnie) yet you feel the need to make a
