This is an official public announcement from
Kenny Fischer-Managing Member
Hawk Boats, Mountain Home, Arkansas.

If you e-mail with us any requests or questions-- John, Kathie, Kenny,
Rex or Barb will answer back with in a few days. Or if you are in a hurry

call Kathie Storie toll free at 888-755-5656. We are eager to clear up
any misconceptions and rumors that are floating around and have copies
of newspaper articles to back our side of the story. In short:

The only connection between Vision (Hawk) and Bass Pro (Tracker) is
that Tracker contracted with us to build the plugs and molds for their
Fisher line of Fiberglass Bass Boats. This project is now complete and
those boats are being built by Tracker at their plant in Clinton. Bass
Pro
or Tracker has never sued Vision or Hawk.

Viper sued Hawk and Tracker just before the Chicago Manufacture s
Boat Show in September. Viper sued John Storie for breech of a
consulting contract and for using Viper s trademarks. The Honorable
Ortrie D. Smith of the U.S. District Court denied Viper s motion for
injunction. Judge Smith found that Viper failed to show a reasonable
chance of irreparable harm to Viper and the court said that it was not in
the public s best interest to prevent Storie from manufacturing, selling
and displaying the Hawk boat. See The Baxter Bulletin October 3, 1996.

We are in full production on our Super 2100 and Super 1900 both SC
and DC. We will offer a 200 HP rated 18 6 next month. We will double
our production next Monday to stay up with demand. Ask your friends
who attended the following boat shows and saw the Bassaholic video
with Bill Dance: Kansas City, Dallas, Houston, Memphis, Atlanta,
Joplin, Springfield, MO., San Francisco, and FT. Worth. Or come see
for your self at the shows in Wichita, Chicago, Tulsa, Pittsburgh,
Columbus, Kansas City, St. Louis and Little Rock. Or look at the full
page ad in Jan./Feb. Bassmaster, Jan. Western Outdoors Magazine and
this year s six issues of Bass & Walleye. Bass & Walleye and Western
Outdoors have written wonderful articles on the new Hawks. John and I
met with a building contractor yesterday to draw up a plan for a much
larger facility. Any questions--- please contact us.

If you are in the area please come by and we will give you a plant tour
and a demo ride. If you are buying a Hawk you are invited to be here
with John and watch your boat built from start to finish. We are in the
high performance bass boat building business, however, I believe that we
are really in the service business and Hawk Bass Boats are the vehicle for

our delivering our special level of service. Come see us!
