SR Marine Product Quality?

I have a knotmeter that needs repair/replacement. The sending unit puts
out up to 1 volt which equals 10 knots. For example .43 volt is 4.3
knots. Seven calls to SR marine over two weeks have proven useless.
Must be Tonawanda NY is frozen over. Any idea where I can get the unit
repaired? And yes, I checked the speed using a GPS and I also thought
of installing a voltmeter for a knot meter but it looks tacky.
