Hee hee. Yes, you are correct. Don knows that Sept is usually the time
we see the most tropical storm/hurricane activity in the North Atlantic
region.
People who take their boats south usually wait until near the end of October
when that activity usually drops off, but just before it gets too cold &
damp.
BTW.. how do you know the OPs name is Don? (not to be confused with the
'original Don')

I would think that at that time of year, stay in Bermuda.
