Best plywood - Russian, Baltic, Finland, Marine 1088, Aircraft/airplane plywood?

I am looking for the best multiply plywood sheet, 1 inch thick, to
make large flat one-hand handles and other small parts from for use on
boats, in fitness and sports equipment, etc.. They will be used
outdoors but stored in homes, boats or storage areas when not in use.
They need to be very strong, never break or splinter and not
deteriorate by rain, sea/fresh water, moisture.
I don't know the difference between the plywoods listed in the above
subject line but will appreciate your recommendation.

In my experience the best marine plywood is Occume. You will need to
keep the edges well sealed against moisture. You will probably need
to laminate two 1/2 inch (12 mm) sheets to get your required
thickness. It might be better to use 1 inch solid teak. It is
commonly used for making hand holds on boats and very durable.

Plywood would be trouble in those applications, IMO. Too difficult to seal
the edges of the ply and keep them sealed. I think he'd be much better off
using a solid, plastic, wood substitute like Starboard�. I even saw
plastic planks (2 X 6) on a dock the other day. It was brown, had a fake
wood grain and looked and felt quite dense. Must not be too expensive or
they would have used the common pressure treated wood.

about the other two.
The Finnish is considered the best of the three with birch on all plies
and waterproof glue.

The Russian plywood from some of the mills can be as good as the Finnish
but you have to know which mill it is coming from.
The Baltic that I have come across was alternate plies of birch and
spruce. This plywood is much softer and structurally weaker than the
Finnish birch plywood.
To be on the safe side I'd go with the Finnish.
