Late 90/early 2000 Isuzu Marine Diesel Engines...Are they any good?

I'm looking at a Sportfish that has a pair of 6 cly 215HP Isuzu TA Diesels.
Heard good things about the generators, but bad about late model 6 cyl truck
engines.

Does any body have any experience with Isuszu Marine Diesels?

I haven't any direct experience with the Isuzu in marine service, but I had
a couple service and delivery trucks (not PUs) with the 4 cylinder diesel
and these gave very good service.

I also know, by reputation, the Isuzu Pisces, 40 hp, 3 cylinder was/is a
good marine engine but the Hurth reverse gear was a big problem because the
builders were prop'ing them for the wrong rotation.

My experienc (little), opinion (mostly). FWIW
