Wanted: Small marine diesel engine & gearbox in the UK

Hi all,

I'm currently rebuilding a 24' plywood fishing boat that has a petrol
engine installed and am looking to replace it sometime soon with a
diesel engine & gearbox. If anybody knows of a place in the UK where
I canfind such a thing I would be soooooo grateful. A recon. unit or
2nd hand would be best.
