Feeders all need to be serviced, but I've been playing in the kitchen
with pies.
Got clever, using the peel to handle stuff in the oven
Peach pis, not too bad (I wouldn't drive far for it) Crust is OK (used
Mariec Callender's prefab today), peaches are too old (label says
/09/01, but I don't think they are that old--daugheter that blanched
them used to work in a big kitchen, so I think the marks mean "September
1, of some unknown year--probably 2005 or 6.
Recipe used said 450 degrees--I think that is a bit high--will go back
to 400 I used bor mst of the baking I do. (Using the tiles, as fpor
bread or pizza, I preheat at 500, then drop to 400 when I load the oven.)
A couple of Chickadees are inspecting the empty feeders.
I suppose I should go service them--maybe I will when I rest a bit.
Can't have them stressed out over the Photoshop....oh, wait, no the
problem here is feeder dependency, isn't it.
Birdies need a 12-step program don't they?
(Not making fun of the friends of Bill--I've never needed such a program
[knock, knock, knock] and not sure I can buy into everything they do,
but I have seen miracles in other people.)
