I have a friend who is remodeling a house,and he found a robin's nest
with eggs in it which had some how been sealed in around the house
eaves. There is a robin who keeps pecking at various windows around the
house. The man wonders if there might be a connection
between the two. Thanks, Ted in Mich.

In article <14932-482...@storefull-3138.bay.webtv.net>,

I doubt it. Male robins often peck at their reflections in windows, car
mirrors, hubcaps, etc. They're attacking the "rival bird" that's
intruding on their territory. Once nesting season passes, they settle
down again.

Stop the attacks by covering the *outside* of the glass with paper or
Glass Wax.
