No Riding today

I woke up yesterday with a sore throat so I won't ride and I won't get around other people and make them sick. It has progressed from a painful cough to a runny nose and a sore tight kidney.

Apparently the step-daughter had more or less the same thing but it was a 24 hour bug. This definitely isn't and I may have to cancel my dental appointment on the 11th if it hasn't cleared completely up. The nasal spray feels like it burned my throat and I probably only got 4 hours of sleep last night if that much. The nose continues to run.

I should add, I haven't had a cold since before my concussion.

I’m much more prone to infection and generally getting unwell since my
brain injury which is what you’d expect so colds and what not can last a
week or more rather than being a 24hr things.

Such is life ie it didn’t actually kill me and all that.

The Pharmacy offered to replace my pills with the brand name rather than the generic.

That won't be until Tuesday so even if I got well the pills more or less have me disabled.
