SCOR Productions of Whittier, California, makes 20mm extensions
for pedal spindles under the Kneesavers trademark. Suggested
retail is US$45/pair. Their ad in the Bicycle Business Journal
gives a toll-free number, 800/548-4447, but I don't know if they
will sell direct to the public, or only through dealers. If the
