It is most likely SLX or TSX. maybe mixed w/something else. It is
normal for a bicycle maker to specify a combination of tubes to claim
that their bike is unique. So, Pinarello may have asked Columbus to
send, say a combination of slx and neuron pipes for a frame. Then
Columbus makes a special decal for pinarello. Then pinarello claims
that their bike is better because they, after extensive R&R, figured
out that if they use columbus sl in the left chainstay, columbus
neuron in the right, slx everywhere else except for the headtube where
they used neuron, the bike is stiffer, more responsive, very
compliant, absorbs road vibrations better, has more power transfer and
flies.

Pinarello Treviso was one of the top models made with top columbus
pipes of the time. The cable lock is aesthetically incongruent with
the bike.

That's balanced by the subtlety of the second saddle...

I didn't even see the second seat, my eye having been caught by that
Barbie-pink whiffle ball.

Neuron is Nivacrom steel, so it is unlikely to be used in a bike which
claims to have been built with Cyclex, which is one grade down. They
wouldn't have missed that marketing opportunity ! Expect a mix with Gara ;)
