Hi all,

What are the pros and cons of an early 2000 VW bug with 140K-150K. This is the kind of car that my daughter is looking for, and I'm not all familiar with this machine.

Thanks,

Mike

VWs of this vintage are notorious for having electrical problems.
But a particular example might not have them, or they might have been
repaired. (We have two VWs of that age; though neither is a beetle.).
There are also suspension probems (wear items, but expensive if they
haven't been fixed) and ome of the engines available had particular
problems. Also, heater cores in these things suck.
