Shortage of Bikes?

While we have people claiming that they cannot find a bike to buy, Absolutely NOTHNG is selling off of Craigslist and bikes for sale are now so thick (including the best bikes you can find) that people are now showing up with high bar bikes on club rides.
The local bike shops are now offering 0% loans if you will just take a good bike off of their hands. The smarter shops no longer keep a collection of bikes but rather just samples and if you like one and can afford it they will order it for you.
If you think that this economy is just great just wait a couple of months when Biden's comments about huge job growth REALLY takes effect. Inflation has reached the point where people are buying "survival" loads of groceries because they are being OUTPACED by the inflation from one week to the next. How do you pay for the rent if your entire budget is going to pay for food?
