Is a Sachs Torpedo trigger shifter compatible with Sturmey Archer 3 speed hub?

Anyone out there in TV-Land know if a Sachs Torpedo three speed
trigger shifter with work with a Sturmey Archer 3 speed hub? The hub
is stamped Suntour, but is surely a Sturmey Archer AW on the inside.

Yes, Suntour are Sturmey, and No,the shifter is not spaced
correctly.

Use a Sturmey or compatible. They are not rare ( but the
cute red Torpedo driegang shifters are)
