Bike route guide adds counties in SW Ohio

For the first time an annual bike route guide now combines Butler,
Clermont, Hamilton and Warren counties, allowing cyclists to follow
routes that cross county boundaries.
The map, created by the Ohio Kentucky Indiana Regional Council of
Governments, also highlights bike lanes, parks, schools, stores and
significant hills. The map also includes information on Ohio bike
laws, general bike maintenance, riding tips and other resources.
“We’ve had an experienced group (of cyclists) working on this map for
several months,” said OKI Senior Planner Don Burrell. “Input from
these cycling enthusiasts was essential in compiling a comprehensive
but easy-to-use guide.”
The free guide is available to cyclists and bike shops. To learn more,
visit www.oki.org.
