Actually - I don't think Stephanie McIlvain has the legal problem...she will
likely testify that she heard LA say he doped that day in that Indiana hospital
room. They won't go after her unless she lies.
The people with the problem are the people at Oakley who suborned perjury in
the SCA case by compelling McIlvain to sign a false affidavit on the threat of
firing her from Oakley, which McIlvain needed to help her son who I believe has
some type of medial condition which forced her to rely on her company's health
insurance.
My understanding is Oakley bosses basically said to McIlvain, "If you make
Lance look bad, you're done." And I also think McIlvain's husband works for
Oakley too and his job might have been in jeopardy as well.
Lance is probably busy all day today trying to call Barack Obama on his cell
phone to get Attorney General Holder fired unless he shuts down the
investigation. That's the way Lance thinks the world works. And for the most
part he is right because the people he calls are pussies who bend over
backwards to accommodate LA when he calls (i.e. Sean Tucker firing Andreu and
Bahati firing Landis).
I heard Lance even tried to get Andreu fired from Versus but Versus backed out
once they got wind the media found out. Otherwise they probably would have
fired him too.
That whole thing with Lance trying to kiss and make-up with Frankie last year
was basically a reverse psychology move by LA's team of thugs to see if they
could get Betsy to stop digging her cat claws into Lance's back given all the
blogs and newsgroup postings she made over the years. The chick is a one-girl
wrecking crew and from what I've read, she ain't no pussy.
In fact, if Lance called 95% of you faggots in here, you would all do exactly
as he says because you're all pussies.
Thanks,
Magilla
I agree. She'll do a mea culpa on the SCA testimony and her affidavit in
return for honest GJ testimony that is corroborated by others.

I forgot all about that. Yes, they have a problem and may be forced to
turn on Armstrong to avoid trouble with the feds.

IIRC, she was divorced at the time and a single mom. Her kid was in
need of medical treatment and insurance to pay for it.

I heard that, too, from a friend in NY with contacts within Versus.

Betsy is Lance's worst nightmare come to life.
I have to question the valididity of her testimony- she would likely
not be recalling the incident in question, but rather recalling what
she has said about it before. I would expect a good defense lawyer to
demonstrate that.
Then how is it that it's credible that Lance and everyone else remembers LA did NOT
say it?
A knife cuts two ways, gayhole.
The problem with your little logicboard here is that Frankie will testify that Lance
had a conversation with him not too long afterwards while they were out on a ride as
to how Betsy reacted to Lance's revelation that he took all that dope. How do you
explain that conversation? Is Frankie lying or mis-recollecting about that too?
Dumbass.

You've got to be kidding. You think Bahati had to be coerced by Lance to
fire Landis, after the stuff Landis pulled? Let's see, he fleeced the guy
and his friends out of a boatload of money on a crusade to prove his
"innocence" and then he goes off on a wild crusade telling everyone he and
the rest of the world were doping big-time and not once, to my knowledge,
apologizing for misleading people and stealing their money.
Did it occur to you that maybe Bahati had had enough? Maybe he came to his
senses and realized he'd been taken for a ride and it was time to get a
life? No, that doesn't fit into the Lance-is-God scenario. Amazing how much
Lance has people here feeling threatened, weak & insignificant. Around every
corner is Lance's shadow. Incredible.

It was the Fraud Fairness Fund, not the Fraud Innocence Fund. Bahati knew that
when he hired him and Bahati even commented that it was good that he came clean.
Bahati was quoted as saying he was upset that Landis "threw others under the bus"
which is an admission that Bahati favors the Omerta of doping, which is not
exactly something to be proud of. So that's not why Buckwheat fired Landis.
Bahati fired Landis after he got the infamous cell phone call from Lance. That's
Lance's m.o. He probably tried to pull that same shit with the bouncer in Austin
who didn't let him take a beer outside. Google it.
LA also did that with Frankie Andreu, and Prentice Steffan @ Garmin. The dude is
a thug and thinks he's the fucking mob or something. Let's see him pull that shit
with the feds and see how far he gets.

He did apologize. And his "wild crusade" is nothing but the truth, so why not
call it a "truth" crusade instead of a "wild" crusade? You know it's the truth,
dude.

Enough of what? Bahati fired Landis because as an Uncle Tom he will always do
whatever whities in power like Lance tell him to do. The guy can't think for
himself. That's why he started a team with no sponsors which folded 3 months
later...almost as bad as fucking Noble House.

Yeah, right after he got the phone call from Lance...what a coincidence.

It is incredible that more people don't stand up to him....except for Frankie..and
Betsy..and Landis...and Simeoni....and Stephan Swart...and Emma O'Reilly...and
Greg Lemon D...and probably a lot more once they get done with grand jury
testimony.
Stay tuned, baby cakes. This tune ain't over.
