It took me a bit to realize what I had actually just watched....this is
actually a trailer to a DVD that will be out in the "Summer of 2009" as
if to mimic a big Summer blockbuster movie like Jaws or something.
I'd love to see this DVD (any of you stockers have it?).....in it maybe
she can tell us why she DNF's at every race that matters. And then she
adorns her fucking Twitter page and website will all sorts of quotations
of epiphany that embody a superhuman hard work ethic and destiny of
success while the stark reality of her life is that she sits on a
fucking beach drinking Coronos and posting nonsense to her Facebook and
Twitter page. This chick is about as deep as Miley Cyrus but without
the career.
What's the fucking backstory with this tuna? At Least Leontien was
anorexic.....
The problem with the Liz Hatch is her PR transcends who she really is.
She's just some low-level cyclist. She's 30 years old...she can't win
anything. It will be all downhill from here on in....

I used to rip on Madonna for the amount of success she had relative to
her musical contributions, but now I realize she's someone to be

Slow the fuck down, Ricky Bobby. You're gettin' loose in turn 1 and I'm
gonna put you in the goddamn wall if it continues. This is how we drive here
at Talladega:
1.) Madonna is actually a fairly talented performer and singer. She's no
Miley Cyrus or Britney "My Dad Still Changes my Diaper" Spears. That's why
Madonna's concerts sell out when she's 50 and Britney Spears is laughed at.
2.) Liz Hatch's PR is bizarre because she sells herself as a "pro" cyclist
but anybody who knows anything knows she's - at best - an overglorified Cat.
2 who gets dropped in 75% of every NRC race she enters.
3.) I have no desire to learn anything from Liz Hatch, whether it's her
talent for drawing graffiti all over her body with permanent ink or telling
the world in what is melodramatic malarkey how much of a "pro" cyclist she
is.
Liz Hatch has no major endorsements from all her vain efforts and will never
get an offer to ride with a real women's pro team of which there's only about
2 or 3 of them in the world anyway (the rest being just as fucked up and
fraudulent as the Lizard).
Why is Vanderkitten even paying her to sit in Europe and ride in another team
jersey? I bet you that team fires her after this year. And if they don't
then those women who ride for that team are losers. There is no fuckin way
the company of Vanderkitten has enough discretionary cash to sponsor a
women's cycling team unless those girls are making motel maid wages.
Remember, it was Liz Hatch who said the Vanderkitten team will focus on
winning the USA Crits series. And then she goes ahead and does that by
skipping every USA Crits event and hanging out in Italy as if she really has
a chance to become a top European rider at 30 years of age when she can't
even finish NRC races.

her age and clearly possesses a strong work ethic, but she is not a
good singer.
That's why she has been lip synching her concerts for the last 20
years. All the stuff you hear is autotuned, produced, EQ'd and had
effects added. A good producer might even be able to make Magilla
Vanilla's voice into something decent sounding on a recording. That
doesn't make you or me or Madonna a good singer.

The Pro cyclist part of your rants is almost totally irrelevant. The only
one crying about it is you. You are making a big deal out of it, but the PR,
the fanbase and the marketing value she is trying to build has little to do

stated she sucks as a cyclist to pacify some of the critics out there like
you, but trying to prove herself to silent the critics would be about the
stupidest thing she should try to do.
What's she doing now, she does well, and that is building her image via this
proxy pro cycling thing, which will play out in a few years. By then, if she
plays her cards right, she will get her dream job when someone gives her the
breaks she is looking for. I'm betting she would like to be one of these TV
sports or variety entertainment hosts which hosts all kinds of sports
entertainment shows, and the like. Stuff like that, and there is so much
more she might be able to break into. That is where she's headed I bet, but
she knows full well there is no money in cycling itself even if she became a
great pro.
She knows the gifts she has weren't meant to be squadered by racing a bike
for the next ten years. At her age, her breaks will need to come in the next
five years, and if they don't she will move on. So far she plays her cards
quite well, (except the crashes) and while its driving you crazy, just get
over it! However she does know, using cycling to boost her image over time
might open the right doors down the road. Your rants about her being a
crappy cyclist is so totally irrelevant when it comes to Hatch, and nobody
cares about it either except you.
Kirsten Robbins or Laura Weislo used to race pro 1-2. They didn't race long
either and went on to jobs at CN. I don't think Hatch wants to do that,
she's looking for a big break down the road. She gambles big and she may win
big, and if she does, that will pay much better then CN will ever pay to
travel the NRC circuit and write race reports. While what Robbins and Weislo
does for little pay actually is honorable by working for the sport, what
Hatch is after is a much bigger pot of gold. However, how her cards play out
remains to be seen.
