Cannondale cad3 seat tube dimensions???

Hi,

I have a Cannondale Cad3 frame and I need to know what size seat post
does it take - I have tried a 27.2 but the seat post seemed too big and
I have been told that It would be strange for cannondale to use 27.0?
so Is my seat tube tight or do I need a 27.0 seat post?

I have a Dura Ace 27.2 in mine. Some seatposts may run a little large
or small. I had this problem with a Race Day on another Cannondale
frame.

I've never seen a seatpost that ran large or small. The Cannondale takes a
27.2, so the seat tube may be clamped slightly tight. Make sure there are
no burs in the tube and then just try to make the 27.2 fit. It will go.

The seatpost on mine is 27.2. Could be something wrong with your seat
tube.
