Pay five times his salary as a fine....hmmm. Seems like a pretty good
deterrent to me. If they wanted to make it an even harsher penalty
they should make the dope-test failing rider enroll in one of those
celebrity rehab shows.

I liked this quote from that august organisation the UCI.
"However the UCI is confident that his team will take the necessary steps to
enable the Tour de France to continue in serenity"
I wonder how serene the riders who enjoyed intimate contact with the French
scenery are feeling after their rest day.
