Yes; over two years ago, in January of '09, the price had already been
lowered by $1.5 million from the first asking price. According to
accounts, the sale had nothing directly to do with "attorneys who were
to be paid for services rendered". You could look it up, if that
doesn't take you too far from your main occupation, "Zenon".

LA's worth an insane amount of money, I'm sure paying for lawyers
