I posted a request a few weeks ago for info on Bike Shops. Some nice person
sent me the names of a few shops and I lost them. So I will re-post.

If any one can give me the names of LBS in the following areas

Milwaukee, WI
Madison,WI
Janesville,WI
Wausau,WI
Or any small to larger towns in between
Chicago,IL (and suburbs)

I also would like to know of Bike Shops around Kettle Maraine (spelled
wrong)

Thanks to everyone who answers. You can post or e-mail

I live in Madison WI and work at a bike shop. Budget Bicycle Center is
where I work. Its a weird setup, since we have five stores in a three
block area, with each store having different stuff (repair, parts,
clothes, new bikes, used bikes, etc..) Our main competition and also a
pretty good store is Williamson Bicycle Works. I also know of a few in
Milwaukee. Rainbow Jersey is a good LBS. There's also a chain of
megastores called Wheel and Sprocket. There is the LaGrange general
store by the Kettel Moraine Southern Unit. The store is right before
where you turn to go to the trailhead. It's a small store that does
bike rentals and has just enough stuff in case you forgot something or
need an emergency repair. They do rent full-suspension Gary Fishers
though.

So basically you want the addresses of half the bike shops in the midwest?
Any particular purpose? I'm sure your local library has some phone books.

If you are asking for recommended bike shops, I'd put Mountain Outfitters in
West Bend (Kettle Moraine area) on the list.

Not all the time they don't.Here are some pertinent links:
http://www.enteract.com/~dylo/index.html

And

http://www.execpc.com/~jwamser/WORBA

The first link is a page called the "Illinois Mountain Bike Connection"
put together by Dennis Dylo.

The second link is the "Wisconson Off Road Bicycle Association" pages.

These should be of some help.

Hey Lucas, chill. He was only asking for some information. And by the way,
what's a library?
