This is the next phase of my thinning out my PLAN FOR MY totally absurd amount of excess cycling clothing and equipment in preparation for a move to Boulder, CO.

Most of this stuff was acquired in my endless acquisition of clothes and eqpt - often buying multiples of categories and brands (boots, jackets, bags, etc) to decide what worked best for me and in most cases not even using the equipment or clothes on actual rides. Such is the insanity of a Randonneur.
