I picked up a new, old two-burner gasoline camp stove in a thrift
store this weekend and I was wondering if anyone is familiar with
these. It is a "PREWAY" model P4521 made by Prentiss Wabers Prod.
Co. of Wisconson Rapids, Wisc. It is similar to most Coleman
two-burners except, perhaps a bit better made. The fuel tank is
cylindrical with a filler cap that seems to have a lead gasket.
The control valves include a small air valve to control the mixing
of air into the generator during warm-up. The second burner is
controlled by a lever, rather than a key as in Colemans. The
case is thicker at the back than the front, making the whole
more compact than a similar Coleman. I found a few small rust
holes in the bottom of the fuel tank and will try to take it
to my favorite radiator shop on Monday to have the holes soldered
up.
