I have a Coleman FyreSergeant Hyperflame 2 burner stove. When I first fire up one or both burners, it starts out with a nice blue flame in both of them. After it has been running for 2 - 3 minutes, the flame starts to get yellow until the whole complete burner(s) is all yellow. I believe that this means there is an oxygen shortage of some sort. I have cleaned everything and do not see any obstructions anywhere. I have also tried changing propane cylinders and that made no difference. Could there be something wrong with the regulator? Any other suggestions?

The regulator seems a good guess. The cause of the yellow flame is not enough oxygen for the fuel being burned. Bad mixture and you get yellow flame.
