Crazy Legs Sleeping Bag

Hey all _ -
A local shop had the Mountain Hardwear 20 degree down 550 fill crazy legs
bag marked down (it is new) to $99. It is the standard 80" length...
Has anyone any experience with Mountain Hardware, and if so, how
reasonable is this price compared to their quality.

I bought mine on sale for $140. I think original price is around $200. I'm
pleased with it. I camped out last week and the temp. was 34 degrees. It
kept me warm. There is no draft collar, so it sucks in some mighty cold air
when you move, so I just try and keep it closed. The expandable knee is
nice. There seemed to be some cold spots when my legs went off the mattress
pad, but I think that's pretty typical. Otherwise I'm satisfied.

I live in Kentucky, I called moutain mountain hardware and they discontinued the bag completely and won't make one for me

are not in the business of custom bags so if you want something like that you
will have to find someone willing and able to make one for you. You will probably
pay through the nose for a custom bag.

Just bought one at a yard sale $2. Didn’t know they existed until today. Looking forward to trying it out. Good luck and try searching google. Saw some listed on eBay.
