I am looking for a solo three-season tent, and am seriously considering
the Walrus Microswift (will be $100 at REI sale). It got some good nods
from the latest backpacker magazine, and other rags.
I'll be doing most of my trips in the Southwest (Texas, N. Mexico,
Colorado)
I'm quite new to backpacking, and am looking to keep weight to a minimum
as I build my equipment list. I'd like to keep my pack inside. This
seems important, is it?
Other contenders (Eureka Zephyr XT, Kelty Clarke)
I'm about 5'8", 170lbs.

What's the difference between the Microswift and the Swift? I notice
in the specs that it's a few ounces lighter. Is it smaller?
