Attn: Chris Wertman
According to an old U/L Aviator's Handbook which I have, the SADLER
VAMPIRE was manufactured by American Microflight, Inc. and was to
be available in the late Spring of 1983. At that time, the
manufactuer was located at 8225 E. Montebello, Scottsdale, AZ
85253; phone 602-994-4631. I have no idea if they are still in
operation (I suspect not). Ocassionally, one of these craft is
listed for sale in the Ultralight Flying magazine, published in
Chattanooga, TN. Are you a subscriber to that publication??? If
not, write them at P.O. Box 6009, Chattanooga, TN 37401. Annual
subscription rate is $30. Hope this information is helpful to you.

I had a chance to tour their factory in Sept. '93. Very professional
looking manufacturing facility, I was impressed. Only complaint I had
was that there were only tail draggers to choose from. But that's
strictly personal preference, right?
