I heard a singer whose songs were pure
About humans, our loves and our greeds
And this man when he sang even angry words
Had a soul that was deeply at peace

I visited DA on Sunday. Their rate sheet says $90 per hour for their
Katana C-1 model (w/ the Continental engine) for members. Their
membership fee is $150... Both of these numbers seem very pricey to me
- I thought a Katana (even a C-1) would be less than a 172, for which
I'm paying about $70 at Tradewinds in San Jose.
DA has the Katana cockpit simulator, which is cool in theory, but at
$50/hour - hmmmm.
Perhaps these numbers are because all of their instructors work on a
contractor basis - is this common?
